For decades, I led R&D teams in high-precision measurement technology. Today, as I transition into my next chapter, I dedicate my passion to the raw beauty of our planet.

My journey with photography began in a school darkroom, where I first fell in love with black-and-white imagery as a language of pure essence, contrast, and emotion. As an offshore sailor and avid hiker, I venture to the remote corners of the High North—from Greenland and Svalbard to the Siberian tundra—exploring untouched landscapes and documenting the resilience of indigenous cultures.

When not at sea or behind the lens, I build with wood, keep bees, and stay deeply engaged with emerging technologies and strategic advisory.
